Your e-mail address will be stored only for the time necessary to send you the newsletter or until you withdraw your consent.

DATA RECIPIENTS

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties and/or disseminated (exception made for requests by judicial authorities or the judicial police).

CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

Your e-mail address is necessary to receive our newsletter. Failure to provide it will make it impossible for us to send you our newsletter.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

We inform you that you may exercise your rights under the limits and conditions set forth in Articles 7 and 15-22 of GDPR any time.

In order to exercise your rights, please contact the Data Controller via the Privacy office at privacy@bolognafiere.it; this request will be answered without delay within 30 (thirty) days.

The data subject:

- has the right to withdraw his/her consent;

- can ask the Data Controller for access, rectification or erasure ("Right to Oblivion") of personal data, for the restriction of the processing of personal data or to object the processing;

- has the right to portability of personal data;

- has the right to lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.
